KLiiK denmark March 2020 collection

Taking its direction from the clean, modern aesthetic of Scandinavian design, the new collection features bold colors and custom design elements for March 2020. Drawing from key fashion influences, the new models offer a minimalistic look for the narrow PD clientele.  

NEW: Introducing Universal Fit to the KLiiK denmark collection. Style K-670 features a translucent acetate with a unique woodgrain pattern to bring out the earthy tones. The double cubed spring hinge adds a touch of metal to the acetate frame available in color combinations of black smoke, blue smoke, and hazelnut smoke. 

Combination style K-672 is a classic aviator that is ultra-lightweight in TR-90 rims. This style is made to stand out for its semi-translucent rims that sandwich the thin metal frame. Linear cut-outs at the end pieces add the finishing touch. This style is available in black gold, grey, and violet. 

For ladies, two new styles featuring unique color combinations and custom laminations are added to the collection.  

Style K-671 is a rounded square that offers a vibrant pop of color to contrast the frame’s matte finish. The front features a brilliant chromatic finish on the beveled edge along the brows and lower rims in color blocking color combinations to create a bold contrast. This style is available in black gold, brown turquoise, charcoal blush, and wine gunmetal. 

Stainless steel style K-673 features metallic polished eye rims that create an outlined effect against the matte colored browline and temples. This flat metal, square shape frame is softened by the color palette of black rose gold, taupe silver, wine black and gold blush.

For men, style K-669 features a square stainless-steel front, highlighted by a TR-90 browbar in a contrasting tone. Super thin and lightweight with flat metal temples, this style is available in black demi, grey black and silver crystal

Inspired by the Skagen paintings, we have created our own inspirational artwork by experimenting with various materials with different characteristics; solid, transparent, glossy and liquid. In these beautiful artworks lies the inspiration for the new shapes, structures and colors of our newest eyewear for Autumn/Winter 2019.

September – LIGHTBIRD, the new eyewear brand created by the Bellunese designer Corrado Rosson, offers two models for the autumn-winter 19/20 season. Colours and shapes are the fundamental elements of the models MOON and ASTEROID. The names are evocative and are derived from the Little Prince, a tribute wanted by Rosson for the common values the book shares with the brand, such as dream, passion, light and balance.
MOON and ASTEROID are part of the first Light_MATTER collection, consisting of thirteen optical and five sun models. The collection features geometries characterized by an alternation of lines and shapes that can be both sharp and decisive and rounded and sinuous. The choice of colours is dynamic, ranging from monochromatic tone-on-tone to two-tone models with animalier acetates and defined colours.

The rounded lenses bring back to the great splendours of the first decades of the twentieth century, while the innovative production system leads to a contemporary style.

The chromatic variations enable the enhancement of the glasses’ sinuous lines. The « Light off » satin metal of the front and the tone-on-tone temples guarantee the wearer elegance and dynamism.

MOON is available in Shiny Black, Havana CubicHoney, Chocolate and Purple.

The dynamic-coloured frames and the monochromatic front in hi-tech metal make ASTEROID a decisive and contemporary men’s eyewear, ideal for both an informal casual look and a youthful formal one. The bad boys are back for one last ride. Will Smith and Martin Lawrence have returned for a third Bad Boys movie, Bad Boys for Life, announced Wednesday. The trailer leans into the humor-amid-violence combo the Miami cops are known for. It’s not totally clear what the duo will be up against in this movie, but, rest assured, there will be a whole lot of shooting, car chases, and explosions.
The first Bad Boys movie came out in 1995, followed by the second in 2003. Bad Boys for Life hits theaters Jan. 17, 2020.

True vintage experiences a rebirth in the Knoll, nodding to the utilitarian design of the late 1920s when minimalism and metal reigned supreme.
